We are starting this week off with an important announcement – a bittersweet farewell to our Executive Director, Andrea Vincent. We are excited about her upcoming transition to Creative Director at SappyFest in Sackville, NB – but today, we are going to be the sappy ones!

Andrea has been at the helm of the Dawson City Music Festival Association for over five years, and her enthusiasm and dedication to the organization will be felt for years to come. The last two years have been extremely challenging for our organization but Andrea has navigated the effects of a global pandemic on the live events industry with confidence and grace.

The Board of Directors would like to express our utmost gratitude for her perseverance and innovative thinking (who knew we’d ever have an autumn festival?), and for her creative direction during her time with the Dawson City Music Festival Association.
