The DCMF Vendors Area is open to the general public, so your customers do not need a Festival ticket to shop at your booth!

Hours of operation for the ARTS / CRAFTS vendor area are Saturday and Sunday 9:00am to 10:00 pm. Setup may commence no earlier than 8:00am Saturday morning.

Unless special dispensation is requested, FOOD VENDORS must be serving from 6 PM – 2AM on Friday, and 2 PM-2AM on Saturday, and 2 PM-12 AM on Sunday. Setup commences for FOOD VENDORS ONLY at 2 PM on Saturday afternoon.

As we are a park site, all arts / crafts vendors and most food vendors must be entirely self-sufficient (water and power are not provided and are the responsibility of the vendor).

The Festival provides a 10' X 10' space (approximately) and covers the business license from the City of Dawson under which the vendors operate. Any shelter, power, or other special requirements are the responsibility of the vendor. Food vendors are responsible for meeting all health and safety regulations.

There are a LIMITED number of tables and chairs available for rent from the Festival.
Please indicate how many tables and chairs you need on the application form.

Arts/Crafts Booths are defined as those selling original, handcrafted arts and crafts; Commercial Booths are defined as those selling mass-produced & imported goods.

The Festival reserves the right to place restrictions on the types of setup, including but not limited to vendors wishing to pull trailers or motorhomes on site, run generators, and so on.

The Festival reserves the right to refuse any application for a vendor space, and to set criteria for what may or may not be sold.
