Every year, our small, isolated music festival receives over five hundred submissions. Most are extremely strong – the breadth and depth of the Canadian and international music community continues to impress us. We begin our programming with a list of priority artists that far exceeds the number of available performance slots. Only a small percentage of the artists on these priority lists are the result of unsolicited submissions. That said, we encourage, appreciate, and listen to these submissions, and will get back to as many artists as possible.
If you’d like to apply to our festival, please note that we only accept applications between September 1st and December 31st.

Please include links to samples of your music – EPKs, videos of live performances, etc.
Options to stream (not download) music and written materials are preferred.
Please do not send us physical (hard copy) packages by mail, unless directly requested. DO NOT ADD US TO YOUR EMAIL NEWSLETTERS OR MAILING LISTS.
We endeavour to contact each artist who sends a submission, but ask that you do not contact us after we have acknowledged receipt of your materials. We will contact you if we are interested in pursuing a booking. We keep all submissions on file for two years.
