Concert Series Program

The Dawson City Music Festival Association offers year-round programming in the Klondike Valley by offering concerts, workshops, and music-related community events.

The Concert Series program gives artists from across the world the opportunity to visit Dawson City in the wintertime (sometimes it’s even -50 below!) to perform for some of our local residents.

DCMF typically runs 4 or 5 concerts per year starring out-of-territory musicians, ranging from folk to swing to soul to electronica. We embrace it all. Venues include the spacious and elegant KIAC Oddfellows Ballroom, historic Palace Grand Theatre, Yukon School of Visual Arts, Gerties Casino, and Legion Hall.

DCMF’s Concert Series exists with the support of the Department of Canadian Heritage and Yukon Government – Department of Tourism & Culture; Elaine Taylor, minister.
